Hi! My name is Josie. I am a fun loving, super sweet little girl that was rescued from a mill in Nebraska. I just have to say that I am LOVING this freedom thing, running outside and snuggling are some of my very favorite things. My foster mom says she can’t believe how fast I am adapting to life outside the mill. I would love nothing more than to have my very own humans to cuddle and snuggle with—won’t you consider being my new family?

Josie has adapted to life as a dog very quickly. She was spayed, had her dental, and all of her shots. She did have quite a few teeth removed, but that doesn’t slow her eating down at all. Josie is a very good little, 5 or 6 year old girl who sleeps in her crate all night and has even learned to play some. Josie also has a heart condition, but you would never know it—she doesn’t let it slow her down at all. No medications are required at this time. She is learning to co-exist with the cats, but they are not her favorite—not mean to them at all, but she sure loves to bark at them. Josie is a remarkable dog and would make a wonderful addition to your family. Her love and sweet little kisses just wash all the worries away.
