Good Samaritan and Rescue help reunite family with Stolen Cavalier

On Christmas, Cavalier Rescue volunteers helped to reunite a Cavalier who had been stolen with his family. Rescue had been called about the dog by a Good Samaritan, Tena Cohen, who'd bought him from a man on the street claiming to be homeless.
